EnadAlert is 10 mg sublingual NADH. NADH (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide), is one of the most important coenzymes in the human brain and body. NADH has been called the "energy of life" coenzyme (James South MA). NADH is the reduced coenzyme form of vitamin B3 (coenzyme 1). NADH acts as an antioxidant and raises levels of the brain chemical dopamine. NADH is necessary to oxidize (burn) all foodstuffs (fats, sugars, amino-acids) into ATP bioenergy. Each unit of NADH is capable of generating three units of ATP energy.
The standard dosage of NADH is 10 mg, taken 30 minutes before breakfast or when needed.
